Terms & Conditions
- No physical goods will be shipped to you with this purchase. The only thing you will receive in the mail is a thank you letter for your charitable contribution.
- Purchaser must provide a name of the recipient at the time of purchase. If one is not provided within 48 hours of purchase, "Owlentine" will be used in the place of the recipient's name.
- Raptorgram purchasers may request that a special message be shared by the Raptor Ambassador in their video. Due to federal regulations, this message cannot promote a private business, service, or other commercial venture of any kind.
- All cards and videos will be provided digitally to the email address of the purchaser provided at checkout. We will not send them to an alternate email address.
- No refunds.
